Simunye is a
african Zulu word meaning “we are one, unity is strength”. Simunye is a
registered youth welfare organization in Namibia and its mission and commitment
is to empower the country's youth. Since its establishment on March 18, 2005,
with formal recognition from the Ministry of Health and Social Services and the
Ministry of Higher Education, Training, and Employment Creation, Simunye has
focused on creating supportive pathways for young individuals.
The organization
aims to transform lives through various outreach programs that address the
diverse needs of youth. These initiatives may encompass spiritual and educational
support, vocational training, health awareness, and life skills development. Providing
young people with the tools and resources necessary to achieve their goals and
contribute positively to their communities.

School Leadership and
Discipline Programs: We
develop and implement programs to help youth groups and schools establish
effective leadership and discipline systems, promoting a positive and
supportive learning environment.
